Pitztal Mountain Guides

Ski Tours

Ski touring has become very popular in the last years. The reason for this is clear once you have experienced the winter nature far away from all the hustle and bustle on the ski slopes. The feeling of having reached the summit by oneself and then making first tracks in the powder snow is just incredible!

We would like to guide you on ski tours and ski mountaineering trips through the mountains in the Pitztal valley.

Ski Tours with a mountain guide

The Pitztal is a high alpine ski touring paradise. Located in the heart of the Ötztal Alps the valley with its more than 50 peaks above 3,000 metres offers many destinations for ski tourers and ski mountaineers. A guided tour with a certified mountain and ski guide provides several advantages.

  • route planning according to the current avalanche, weather and snow conditions
  • local guides who perfectly know the area
  • and have an instinct for the best snow conditions on the descent

Either you look for a day tour or a multi-day traverse, either you are a beginner or an expert, the Pitztal Mountain Guides are the competent partners on your ski touring activity.
