The long-distance trail E5 is fascinating many hikers. In a couple of days you get from Oberstdorf / Germany to Meran in South Tyrol / Italy. For more than a thousand years people are excited by the imagination of crossing the Alps.

For those, who want to cross the main ridge of the Alps on an extraordinary way, we offer the “Wildspitze Shuttle”. We guide ambitious E5 hikers to the summit of Wildspitze, 3770 m and the highest peak of Tirol. Then we continue to Vent in the Ötztal valley.

Overview

The Wildspitze (3.770) m is the highest summit on the way between Oberstdorf and Meran.

We bring you from the Braunschweiger hut, the Taschach hut oder the Pitztal Glacier Express to the Wildspitze summit and down to Vent in the Ötztal valley.

This alternative route is a highlight for sporty hikers on the E5 Trail.
